I like this Pandora store, because it's a small and personable. The sales associates are professional, but very personable. They are very patient! They let you take your time viewing the items to make sure you're satisfied with your purchases. Amy was great helping me with my defected bracelet. Gianna was great in helping me with my purchases.

Outstanding service

Online it said the items I was exchanging wasn’t in store but they were. The sales associate was knowledgeable and pleasant. She literally took over 20 charms off my old bracelet and gently put them on my new one

Staff was quick to help those waiting. They were busy, the associate who helped me even took the time to clean my bracelet. Overall very efficient and friendly.
