My sales lady Cynthia was extremely nice and knowledgeable. She was very warm and inviting. I felt like I knew her and that is something you don't find anymore. Cynthia and her colleague were GREAT!! I'm pleased.👌

Cynthia was very knowledgeable. Had the products ready and bagged, showed them to me, asked if I had questions, and told me about the survey. As a comparison, I ordered an iPhone and accessories. When I arrived to pick them up, I then had to wait another 10-15 min while they pulled the stock and put it in a bag. I felt like the whole point of the process was lost.

The patience, & kindness of our sales associate. My daughter came to me the other day and said mom let’s get matching Pandora rings! I haven’t been there in ages honestly but thought absolutely sounds like a great idea. She will be graduating and heading off to college so this was a cute idea. I brought in jewelry to be cleaned and the salesperson did an excellent job in cleaning my jewelry. Another store cleaned the jewelry and did not clean it well at all. I was hignly disappointed with my jewelry because it looked so bad. The salesperson cleaned the jewelry and explained to me what to do in between bringing into the store.
