I had an exchange of a bracelet that I had ordered an incorrect size for myself. It was the family snake bracelet that I loved. I was worried that it would not be available for an exchange. It was and I also wanted a safety chain. The clerk told me there was also a family safety chain. The exchange for a larger bracelet and the purchase of the family safety chain completed the transaction!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I went in to pick my birthday present out for my boyfriend and asked the staff to pick one out of two charms and rings. They did an amazing job!
