I was allowed to get the the 40 charm for my 40th birthday. The help was great. The speed of service awesome.

The sales associate was very polite she cleaned the area where she help me before and after my visit. She made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Very nice young lady.

I purchased some charms online for Christmas, then I realized the bracelet was too small so I had to exchange it. Went to the store and it was super simple to exchange for a bigger one. Came to find out when I got home the clips from that same order were to small. Went to same store next day and it was super easy to exchange them. I even bought some new stuff as well. Love the store and the associate Lexi (If I'm not mistaken her name) was awesome.
