The wait was long standing outside in the cold, however the store is protecting it's customers and staff during this pandemic, so kudos to them. The staff sprayed the plexiglass and counter after the last customer left before allowing me to proceed to the counter. All staff is wearing masks properly following proticals.

While we were there for our visit, we had a return along with a few rings that needed cleaning. Antoinette had our exchange done with no issues at all since one of the gems had fallen out of the ring. When she took my rings to be cleaned she told us about how you can purchase the cleaning solution that they use in the store to clean our rings at home. We never knew we could purchase it! That was very helpful. Both my sister and I decided to get another ring while at the store and Antoinette was very helpful with her knowledge of all of the rings. We were in the store for quite a long time and she was very helpful and friendly the whole time!
