All the sales associates were very friendly, the store was very clean and they had a great selection of merchandise to choose from.

The customer service is always quick. You get information you are looking for. Sometimes more as suggestions to help keep your purchases as beautiful as the day you bought it.

The customer service in the line while I was waiting was excellent... No one was in line long waiting because of the speedy service on the inside... Health&Safety was priority for each customer. Pandora gets 5 stars from me. GREAT JOB!!

Pandora is a great store. Love going in there and looking around and seeing what is new. The staff is always friendly and willing to find the perfect gift. Lower rating on wait time, but it is Christmas. I will be back.

Because every item that i had preveiwed earlier in catalog you had those items within the store. As i purchased for my granddaughters the salesperson was very knowledgeable about items young people liked . That was very important to me.

The staff was helpful and able to answer our questions. We weren’t sure what charms we were looking for but they were able to show us a couple charms for who we were shopping for.

Even though, due to CoVid, there was a line, it went very quickly! When I got in the store the sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I was looking for and I picked out the most beautiful charm for my sister! All in all I had a very great experience!!! Thank you!

The lady who helped me was so helpful. I was buying a charm for a friend, told her what I was looking for, and she went to the back of the store to get 2 more things to look at. It was perfect!
