I went there for the 2 for 1 sale , but also had a return that was faulty and the replacement was made with no issues

The store had the item I was looking for. The location was close to my house. The sales associate was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable.

I enjoyed the presentation of the store and how the sales rep was knowledgeable of the items I was talking about without actually knowing their name. She allowed me to look over all the pieces and asked questions about how I pictured the design in my head.
