The return was easy even though I did not have the receipt. The representative was able to find my purchase using my email account. She fitted my daughter for the correct size bracelet and we were done in less than 15 minutes.

The sales agent was very warm and friendly. She didn’t rush me and was knowledgeable about the pieces of jewelry I wanted. She made me aware of special deals. My only complaint would be that I wasn’t satisfied with the cleaning of my jewelry.

The quality of the merchandise. The help I received finding merchandise. My health was a consideration on my visit.

Service was quick and had no wait. Had many options of what we were looking for. When associate was in doubt of pricing, grabbed book to double check pricing in order to not mislead us.
