I arrived early enough to be taken care of right away. Normally, you have to wait outside to be brought in by a sales person.

Cynthia was amazing. I was there to exchange a gift from my husband and she had actually helped him when he was there and remembered the entire encounter. She has a great personality and was very helpful in helping me choose. Will definitely visit her again.

I was able to get helped right away, and even though I was really vague about what I wanted, the associate helped me pick out something right away.

The sales rep. Was polite, answered All my questions, made smart suggestions, without making me feel that she was pressuring me to make a purchase.

I wanted to purchase special gifts for myself, daughter, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter. I frequently purchase online for Christmas, but needed to go into the store to see the golden tan leather wrap bracelet. I’m happy I did because I couldn’t get it attached due to my arthritis. I ended up purchasing a bracelet that just popped on! I think it’s called a bangle. Ultimately, Makenna, my sales associate showed me a different leather wrap that was perfect, it had the typing Pandora locking clasp. The leather wrap she showed me was 4.00 cheaper than the other, so, I purchased 4 of them plus the bangle, very happy customer here. I’m just hoping my girls like them due to final sale rules. Final sales on gifts are the only issue for me.

I like the expeirence there because of the large selection of jewelry and accessories, the staff there were helpful in my experience and I would recommend this store to others as well.
