Came in for a clasp issue and associate recognized that the clasp was unrepairable and exchanged for another without issue.

I received a leather Pandora bracelet for a gift for Christmas. Unfortunately the bracelet was too large and I needed to exchange it. I called ahead to make sure it was ok to exchange it and I was told that proof of purchase was required. I brought the receipt with me as it was purchased online from Precious Accents. The associate seemed a little hesitant to help at first but she warmed up to me and did end up exchanging the bracelet for me. The associate had to verify Precious Accents was an authorized retailer of Pandora and they are. I understand her having to be sure before completing the exchange. I am overall satisfied.

The staff was very friendly and willing to assist. It was very well kept clean. They have rings in any style you want and what ever size you need.
