The store was beautiful. The sales associate was very caring on what we were looking for and for who . Made the experience very fun and left with a smile .

I went to have my jewelry cleaned. It was done quick and professionally. I also pair chased a necklace for my birthday.

Saleswoman was very helpful. I wanted to take advantage of the sale items. The selection was limited but I did find a ring that was in my size and in a style I thought was pretty.

The store was busy, but had sufficient sales associates. The associate who helped me - Alexia K - was so professional and personable. She seemed to read my mind and show me merchandise I would have chosen for myself. Even though the store was busy, she did not rush me or share her time between customers - she was mine. I had a great experience without any high pressure sales tactics. She gave me a list of names & numbers for other charms I was interested in - anniversary coming up! I left the store feeling good about the experience and my purchases.
