I was looking for a specific ring that I loved and wore all the time but it broke last year. I knew it was discontinued but I asked the saleslady. She found the exact ring in my size and it was on sale! She was so nice and helpful.

Katelyn was so sweet and very helpful will go back and ask for her and recommend her !

The Sales Associates at the Rea Rd location were absolutely delightful! I don’t live in the area, but this location was the only 1 that had what I wanted. After having such an awesome experience, I will most definitely be going back there for future purchases!

I visited this store for the first time ever the day before Valentine's Day. I arrived shortly after the store opened but there were already a few customers ahead of me. I was able to take the time to look around and check everything out, but still acknowledged with asking my name and making sure everyone was helped in the correct order. I was a bit overwhelmed with having to make so many decisions but the rep made me comfortable and not rushed.

I love the jewelry, I enjoy collecting the charms, and the atmosphere is very professional and pleasant.

I love the energy when you walk in. I always have a great time shopping and love the connection that I make with my sales rep.

The store was very clean. Both women that were working were super willing to help. Katelyn, my sales associate, was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She is ultimately the reason I made a purchase today! Highly satisfied I stopped into this location.
