I want to give Katelyn (Katie) 10 STARS!!!! I had to return a ring from another store in a another city, and was told by an associate at the Pandora store near my home that I had to go to “a corporate store” that I could not make a return at a franchise store!!! I had to drive about 12 minutes or so to the store in Blakeney Town Center!!! In comes Katie!!!! She not only accepted my return, but she went above and beyond, by allowing me to make the purchase of the ring I needed to get without me having to come back to the store on Friday, to receive my 35% off!!! Katie is an ABSOLUTE ASSET to your company and the store! I will drive the distance to know that I will get the customer service experience that is given at this location!!!
