Leslie, again went above and beyond to be sure I had just the right presents picked out for my family.

Leslie was very pleasant. She cleaned my rings and bracelet better than any other store or associate. I wear a Pandora rose gold set of rings for my wedding ring, they tarnish easily but she restored to brand new looking!!

The sales person searched the store for the ring I wanted to buy for my daughter’s birthday. The system said there was one left in the store and she didn’t stop until she found it.

I called this location because a Pandora associate in another state that I was visiting told me to use soapy water and bleach to clean my bracelet because they were not doing cleanings. It tarnished the bracelet and charms. Melissa told me to bring them in and she will see what she can do. Not only did Melissa and Katie restore my bracelet and most of my charms, Melissa offered to replace 2 charms that had been ruined. When I called Melissa the night before, I was almost in tears, but when I left her store the next day, I was all smiles. I will definitely go back to her store to shop in the future. Being in customer service myself, I hold a very high standard for customer service. Melissa and Katie far exceeded my expectation and I couldn't be happier. By the way, Melissa was using a white Pandora cleaning cloth that I was interested in purchasing but she said you did not sell them any longer. Please bring those back...pretty please. I did purchase a cleaning kit while I was there but that particular cloth was amazing!

The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. You feel like they've known you and make the purchase and looking at charms time personal. I love going to this store!
