I dealt with Leslie who was a delight to work with. She helped me select a new bracelet and three charms. She cleaned my charms and transferred them on to my new bracelet. Because of this experience I will be returning to this location because of Leslie and her knowledge of the merchandise.

I was greeted when I came in the store. Representative immediately came to assist with helping to find merchandise. Representative took time to suggest and recommend items.

The Customer service was great and the atmosphere was very nice!

We went into the store to spend the e-gift card my brother and I gave my mother for Mother’s Day. My mom could not find the E gift card and assumed she deleted it when she cleared out her over 20,000 emails! Melissa took the time to pull my purchase history and located part of the card #. She then made several calls to obtain the full card #! While Melissa was doing this, Housna was helping my mother select charms and dangles for her bracelet. These ladies went above and beyond to make sure my mom left the store pleased and happy! They both are an asset to your company. Their level of customer service was exceptional!

Leslie was amazing at helping me find the perfect gift. I had to get my fiance a birthday present and she helped me fine everything to make it perfect. Could not have made it better if she tried. I will most definitely ask for her for all future purchases
