Leslie was amazing! She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She was patient and made the process so easy. I am so thankful she was able to help me get the correct items so I could enjoy wearing my bracelet, finally! This Pandora location is now the only location I want to come to to continue to grow my Pandora collection! Thank you again Leslie and Hoasna! I will be back soon to add more charms to my bracelet. You both made me so excited again about using Pandora products! Now I finally have a place I can come to that will be so helpful and kind. I want to thank Nicole for all of her help. Her manager as well, I did not catch her name. I went into the store just looking for a charm. Recently had to purchase a new bracelet due to my lock being stuck on my old one. I just wanted to see if they would be able to open the lock. Because of known issues with this particular bracelet the manager had no hesitation completely replacing the bracelet at no cost. I really appreciate all the support and assistance I received and will definitely be returning to this location. Best customer service at a Pandora location by far!!!!!

Beautiful store. I returned 3 rose gold rings and purchased rose gold charm bracelet and 3 separators that were on sale. Will purchase 5 birthstone charms later. Wish there were more rose gold chsrms
