Upon walking in the store I was greeted by the associate. The associate was able to answer my question and I was assisted throughout my experience on sales; promotion. The associate may sure I was satisfied and care a bout my safe all while making sure I was helped.

The sales associate who helped was very friendly. She helped me a lot to pick what I wanted. The store has a lot of pieces to choose from.

Excellent customer service. The associate that assisted us is very knowledgeable, friendly and has a patient and willing disposition. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were very happy with our purchase by putting the charm we were interested in buying, on a bracelet just like the one my sister-in-law has.

The sales associate were friendly and assist me promptly even had a nice conversation Nicole and Katie at 0519 at Blakeney Town Center in Charlotte NC. I would recommend them and I will continue to visit that particular store because of them.

I usually don’t do this surveys, but the lady that helped me Mrs. Leslie, was so nice, she helped me to find the perfect set. Everything was great.
