Although it was Black Friday, I was able to get help relatively quickly. Housna V. was very helpful and took her time finding exactly what I was looking for. I was happy that although it was late in the day on Black Friday, the store still had the items I was looking for in stock.

We had a great sales rep. All of the items we were looking for were out for us to see. Beautiful displays.

I spoke with Leslie on the phone the day before I went into the store. She remembered our conversation and immediately pulled out the charms I was interested in. She was helpful with her suggestions about where to place new ones, and rearranged charms so that I would be satisfied with the result.

I was looking for small earrings for my 3 year old daughter. She wanted earrings with hearts. We found the perfect ones at Pandora. Because she lost one of them, I was very pleased to find out that at Pandora you can also buy just one earring, which worked great for us, in this situation.
