Dianne did an outstanding job of helping me find the perfect charms to purchase. I was looking to start bracelets for my daughter-in-law and my neighbor, and all I had to do was describe their taste and instantly I had two beautiful bracelets in front of me. I appreciated her assistance greatly, as I usually don’t know where to look to find what I came in to buy.
