Went in for a ring that was on sale and found exactly what I was looking for. The associate was very helpful. The quality was what I expected.

The staff was busy but acknowledged mt presence right away. They took my name for a waiting list which was very efficient. Sam waited on me and was very helpful, knowledgeable and pretty. She made my shopping experience a breeze and will definitely be back to this store.

Melissa amen Diane are phenomenal in every way. They manage the store and make it a place I want to return to. There are stores close by in malls but they do not offer the personalized service Diane, who normally takes care of me, offers. It only took one or two visits until they were calling me by my name. Who does that?!?!? Very impressive customer service for sure!

Just love the overall look of the jewelry. The new charms are cute and you keep coming up with line extensions that make sense and make you want to buy more ! I do wish you would come out with a line up for men...I'm sure you could design a line that looks masculine but incorporates the jewelry aspect. Bet you would see huge sales increases.
