I believe our associate was Emily...sorry, can't exactly remember. She was extremely patient and helpful. We had lots of questions, she showed us lots of charms and my wife was able to pick out everything she wanted for herself and also needed for gifts.

I explained to Sam and Dianne my desire to find charms to celebrate my wife recent retirement and they went on a "mission" to find just the right pieces to compliment the current charms.

My sales Associate, Dianne H., was very knowledgeable. I was looking for a graduation gift for my daughter and she gave me several options. She didn't try to steer me to the priciest items either which I liked.
