dianne, the Assistant Manager was very helpful in exchanging a bracelet and charms that my husband bought me for my birthday. She showed a bangle bracelet that I would probably never thought of and assisted in choosing some gorgeous charms to go on the bracelet. We brought back the new Reflexion bracelet and charms. I liked the way the bracelet looked on but the clasp was IMPOSSIBLE to open and close. I have arthritis in my fingers and there is NO WAY that it can be opened and closed. It's a shame sine its a nice style. I also researched and found out that mesh bracelets will stretch and that is unacceptable for Pandora to sell such a product. I suggest that research goes into changing this new style of bracelets and charms since it looks as if there was NO research done

I was satisfied with the customer service I received, but for myself, I will never by another Pandora product! I have a Santa charm that I received about 2 years ago, braclet worn very rarely & the hat fell off! When I contacted Pandora, I was told that there is only a one year warranty! The prices of your charms are rather expensive. The hat should not have fallen off! Pandora has lost a customer!
