I usually get great service at this store. Many of the sales staff know me and probably because I have made larger purchases in the past, they know me. I went to the store with a friend and was disappointed to hear that she has not had the same experience at this store. She also said that many google reviews talked about how this store does not have good customer service. Although our experience was great on this day, my friend went back a few days later to get some silicone grips that they forgot to give her, and the service was terrible. I love this store, but I think the customer service needs improvement for everyone!

I was highly pleased with my visit to the Pandora store at Blakeney in Charlotte, NC. I had a special gift to purchase and while there had great customer service from Melissa. She solved my issue with my leather band and charms rolling. I purchased new lock charms and the cleaning kit she showed me.

This store has been our favorite over the years. Very well managed
