I entered the store about 10 minutes before closing (I was not aware of the store hours until after I arrived). Even though we went well beyond closing time, "Cassidy F" assisted me in selecting a charm and adding it to my bracelet. She was professional, friendly, helpful, and extremely patient.

I had a hard time finding the sizes in the items I was looking for and I thought the store needed more sales reps.

Hard time looking at charms. When a customer isn't sure what they want it is hard to say I want to look at an animal tray. Since you have to say what you want to look at it get frustrating when you want to brose

Had to wait for a sales representative while there were some in the store seeming to ignore me. Then once finally assisted the sales rep was not aware of inventory

The sales associate didn’t really know the details of the merchandise. She didn’t know what sales were taking place at the time, and she was also forcing things on me that I wasn’t interested in to make it seem like she knows her stuff.
