I had purchased a leather bracelet which I wanted to exchange for a larger size. They would not because I had purchased it on sale. However, they still had the same bracelet in stock. Why could I not exchange!!!

This is the second time I have returned a charm that has broken! Although your associates were very nice and more than willing to exchange my charm.... I'm a little disappointed!

it isn't so much this Pandora location> A different location in my City is always rude, me and other family members have issues with a different Charlotte area Pandora..therefore it is that store that has just say left....a :negative taste" in our mouths regarding the PANDORA branding/name

Honestly I would give Highly Satisfied to an over the top great sales person. I did have to wait a few minutes for someone to help me because the persons working that were not with customers were talking about something. They did acknowledge me and tell me someone would be with me shortly.

1) Sales associate not familiar with inventory in store (which is understandable due to the vast collections). 2) Sales associate not properly trained on how to place various pieces on bracelets. 3) Upcoming sales not advertised nor was I informed. I bought an item on the 19th. An upcoming sale was to start on the 20th per your website.
