I just realized after 30 minutes left the store the bracelet close click is not working good.

I had a long wait to get assistance. I do understand that it is the week of Mother's Day but it would be nice if sales associates could help multiple customers at the same time, especially when some customers spend much time deliberating their purchase.

i had to wait to long to get assistance. it was a monday but store was crowded.

I asked if the end pieces or balls fall off my new bracelet style and was told no. One fell of twice the first night and a third time yesterday. Falling apart and possibly loosing charms from my new bangle in <3 days. I don’t feel welcome or comfortable exchanging another piece of jewelry there. :(

Needed rose slider bracelet. It was not available at store. I was asked to come at a later date or go to another store far away. I would expect that merchandise to be ordered and sent to my home or brought to me. Not very satisfied as a customer.

Customer service

I was Highly Satisfied with the ladies(Imani and Asst Mgr) in the store. I was dissatisfied with the Store Mgr(Melissa) which she was at the Northlake location. We started at the Northlake Mall store working with the Store Mgr(Melissa) from Blakeney store. We wanted to purchased the "Be Mine Stacked" and "Kiss Me More" Issue the "Be Mine Stacked needed to be switched out for a bigger size of 3 or 4. We where told we would have to go to her(Melissa) store in Blakeney she was unable to do this in the Northlake Store. My issue was this could have been done in Northlake, but she had us drive 40 mins OUT OF OUR WAY!! This is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks to the Sales Ladies(Iman), and Asst Store Mgr at Blakeney we still purchased the items even though we drove 40 mins out of the way. As 2 MALE Pandora Card holders we will not be back to this store or any other Pandora Store. We wasted time, gas and money. The first words out of this Blakeney Store Mgr(Melissa) was "Are you gentlemen her to purchased for the 2 lucky ladies in your life?" We are married to each other! first visit to a jewelry store in a while, so hard to compare to other experiences... the experience was satisfying, but not sure if it met highly sattisfied.

My Mrs loves Pandora. I find it somewhat daunting in making selections. The stores and online needs to present a primer for the average guy. I am not sure the zirconium and delicate metal bracelets warrants the price.
