Visited the Northlake location and had to debate with the sales person about a charm that I was looking for- bag goals & crush’em (engrave charm). She and others were not well versed in both product and quantity. I then went to Ballentyne (roughly 30 miles away) where I was told Pandora randomly sent very limited supply of selected items to various stores. Oh by the way, the charm was not available online either. While on the subject, is there a reason for such a very selective selection of career and hobbies charms? Your target audience is female, right? Women do more than have babies, draw , read, and take pictures. Pandora can stand to do better in that department.

The salesperson was engaging, knowledgeable, and helpful. Very good experience with my first visit. I’m satisfied with entire encounter.

Could not find the record of past purchases, my wife’s ring size, ect. In the past the advantage was knowing what she already had and what size to buy.

Brittany was not the best Sales rep. I have had nothing but positive experiences up to this point but when I asked about a new essence bead she seemed dumbfounded. I actually had to look up the bead on my iphone as she didn't think to look it up on the pandora website herself. This will not ruin my experience with this store but Brittany is not a good reflection on the Pandora culture.

Well the only issue we had was that the sales associate was aware my husband was military (because he told her) but waited until after transaction was completed to let us know that there was a military discount. Then said she didn’t want to do the return/reimbursement because “it would mess up the system. It was extremely inconsiderate and aggravating.
