I just felt like I was rushed to make a decision on which charm I wanted to buy for my mom. I know it was close to closing time but now I have to come back up to the store and return the product b/c I am not happy with the decision I feel I was rushed to make.

When the sales associate realized I was just in for an exchange and not to make a purchase, her sunny disposition was immediately turned off. I’m assuming she makes commission as she wasn’t interested in being welcoming at all. As a former manager of a business, I would be very disappointed if I knew my employees treated customers the way she treated me. I’ve been to this location many times and I’ve always experienced great customer service. I probably won’t be back.

Two orders had cancelations and required additional funds to be on hold with the bank all because the inventory on the website isn't accurate. Extremely frustrating that the type of bracelet charms go with isn't a lot clearer.

Necklace in display said $95 girl said that was the price for that necklace which display had 90”. When she randomly up it was 122 ask why she was confused got manager who said usually displays have 45 that’s why it said 95. Girl said it didn’t matter on chain size. She also rang my chain for wrong price told me if I wanted 90 it would be 5 more. Not willing at all to accommodate me at all this is what it is. Think I should have gotten necklace for 95 like display and girl told me. Not friendly staff at all !
