The staff was extremely helpful and kind. I tried on multiple rings and different sizes and not once did they make it seem like I was bothering them or asking too much. They took the time to ask about my preferences until I found the ring that was a perfect fit.

I was truly satisfied as I do not have to wait on line to be serviced as in others stores and the pieces were available all but one item (money bag.) Also, I purchased more items than I intended but grateful I did. I have informed several about the World Trade CTR store and all were delighted by the professionalism exhibited by staff.

The only reason I wouldn't return is that I live in the UK so not a reflection on the store. The sales assistant found plenty of choice of charms when I gave her an idea of what I was looking for and the colour theme. She also measured the bracelet to ensure I had the right size. I received some free gifts as I spent over $400 which was a bonus.
