Everything was available when I needed

It was my 1st time making a purchase and did not know what i was walking into the sale rep make it look flawless.

The store we were in was packed with people, some already being served, and some still waiting. The staff made sure that all those who enter the store and needed to wait were told that they were recognized and that someone would be with them shortly. The staff was quick and efficient, particularly what seemed to be the Store Manager. She was exceptional.

The Customer Service was great! Very attentive

The sales associate was super nice and welcoming. Loved how she addressed me and every question i asked she explained in full detail how to care for my bracelet.

The sale clerk Jada at the world trade Centre close to Greenwich street in New York was very friendly. The store was decorated so beautiful I was out of breath. Jada show me the new style jewelry. Jada gave me great ideas on how to mix and match my charms and gave me a new book so I can come back to store. I purchased a pair of earrings and a charm.

The associate was incredibly nice and greeting, at once felt welcomed. Not so packed and was in overall satisfied with my purchase and customer service.

Everything went smoothly. From entry to the store to exiting. :)
