The sales associate who helped me was great! I believe his name was Alex. He really didn't try to oversell me anything or rush me into buying something I wasn't sure about. And the end result-- I walked out with the perfect addition to me Pandora bracelet. Bella Bot is too cute! I'll be returning soon to gift shop for charms and look forward to seeing him again.

I came in with a ring I had gotten as a gift to exchange because some of the stones on it fell off. The sales associate, Alex was extremely attentive and helpful. The store didn’t have the same ring in my size but, Alex showed me other great options that I ended up liking even more. I even applied for a store credit card because with such great service I know I will be back.

I purchased a bracelet for my birthday and only wore it three times, unfortunately it broke. I took it into the store and the staff were so friendly and kind. They were able to replace my item and was kind enough to make sure that I was closing the bracelet properly. I have always had an pleasant experience when visiting the store.
