I went in for a charm and to clean my braclet and the associate was very helpful. She found my charm quickly. I purchased a cleaning kit. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Amazing costumer service. The woman who helped me was so understanding and really went out of her way to make my experience the BEST one.
