The saleswoman was very friendly and was extremely helpful. Went there for a quick question regarding a damaged piece and left the store with a brand new piece and bracelet. She also replaced other charms that were damaged.

I love Pandora! Specially the store that I recently went to (WTC-Oculus). The staff was friendly and very helpful. The store was not too crowded and no wait at all. I am already planning my next trip to their store 😊

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted and attended. I was unsure of what to get but the sales representative made suggestions which helped me decide what to buy. Another sales representative suggested the cleaning care kit when I ask for a clip opener. That was so helpful because now I can maintain my jewelry clean and safe. Both sales persons were helpful and attentive to my needs.

Beautiful store!! All sales associates were very friendly! My sales associate Deina was excellent, love that she knows the merchandise and helped me with what i exactly what I was looking for!! I will highly recommend this location!! Can't wait to go back!!

Excellent service

This was my first visit to Pandora and I was very pleased with the service. I was purchasing a gift for my boss who was leaving for a new job. I will definitely be back to purchase several items for myself. I was surprised that the prices were very affected.
