I was immediately taken care of without a bunch of questions. And the associate in the nyc Westfield mall were so so pleasant.

Well I did go in to buy my sister two charms, a sister charm and a Happy Birthday charm which they didn't have of both. So I bought her a red sailing boat charm and an initial charm and I also got for myself the blue leather bracelet {SO LOVE IT}which I am going to start buying charms for. I'm totally hooked on Pandora!

I went to do a return and didn’t have my receipt. The employee who assisted me made every attempt to look up my history, but my transaction for some reason wasn’t popping up, but workers who recalled my visit remembered my transaction and could vouch. The employee and the others made sure my transaction happened, and left me very happy, and appreciative of Pandora and their service
