We were greeted very friendly upon entering. The customer service was genuine, professional. The store was easy flowing and a privilege to be in.

I bought a bracelet that broke, wasn’t to happy but they exchanged it with no problem.

Always friendly and knowledgeable staff.. had trouble finding the charm I wanted so had to visit a few stores but thankfully the final store had it before I had to head back to the UK.

The salesperson was very helpful and informative since I was unaware of items that would help preserve my purchases. When the salesperson had to assist someone else, I was helped by another associate who was also very helpful.
