I visited Pandora while I was on holiday in New York and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and was helped throughout my whole time there. I was looking for Pandora charms and a women gave me a booklet, gave me time to look and once I had finished looking she helped me with buying the charms I would like. She was very friendly and the shop was just lovely! If any of my friends went to New York, I would definitely recommend!

The sale team was amazing, assisting with with picking out the perfect charm for my moms birthday.

I was highly satisfied with the person who helped me her name was Helene. Helene was really nice and came up to me which I really liked because I didn't know how to approach the workers. She was also well aware of where everything was and how to help me fined the right size bracelet. Helene also we fast and knew how to do her job.

As I entered the store the personnel that works there were very friendly and extremely helpful. They were also knowledgeable about the merchandise which made it easier to shop and the best part the conversation not just about the merchandise but just a general conversation that let flowing that made the entire experience worth it and i will be back soon.
