The staff in pandora were absolutely brilliant, very kind and professional.

The sales associate was knowledgeable and patient while deciding on what i wanted. She gave suggestions while considering what i was looking for. I was able to get what i was looking for.

The experience of when you enter the establishment and you're greeted by your name with a smile. It makes the visit more personable, not just a customer, but an individual who is remembered by the staff. Its ALWAYS A PLEASURE to not just shop but visit to say HI! KUDOS to Allan, Jada C and Vianca!

While visiting New York I wanted a particular charm, I was shown a selection of charms to which I chose one of them, I also wanted a memento of my time there I was shown an apple with NYC on it perfect for me, the attendant was very helpful and friendly. My friends are visiting soon and I have recommended the store to them.

The experience was pleasant and very efficient the sales associate knew the products and promotions and was able to close the sale. We were visiting from out of town so I will probably not go in the next 90 days but I would highly recommend this store to anyone living in the New York area.

I had to return my bracelet because the lock kept opening up. I just bought a safety lock chain, so I didn't lose the bracelet each time it opened. I when to the store and my bracelet was replaced with another bracelet. I was very happy, because of this bracelet is very special to me. Thanks, PANDORA.........ee

I was highly satistfied because the store was well organized. Displayed showed what was new. Each selection was cateogorized.
