The assistant manager, Bianca was not only excellent at helping me find exactly what I was looking for, but also extremely kind. I was picking up charms for my cousin who a few days before lost her mom (my aunt) and got teary eyed in the store. Bianca actually gave me a hug and some comforting words. She was so sweet and wrapped the charms beautifully. I went here because my cousin has a bracelet and Pandora isn't a store I have ever shopped in before. However, because of this experience and salespeople like Bianca, I will definitely shop here. You can get nice jewelry all over Manhattan, but the difference is, you guys have people like Bianca that make it more than a store, but a positive experience. Thank you!
