I casually showed my gem with two cats that turns black real quick en infects the rest of my bracelet and gems. There was no question about how quick I got a new Cat gem exchanged for my old one.! You really believe in Your product and take pride in it! I love that very much and it makes me proud to weer a Pandora bracelet!

I did not go into the store to make a purchase. I was a visitor in NYC and my daughter went in to add a charm to her bracelet . I liked what I saw and purchased a bracelet and 3 charms for myself. I had not been to a Pandora before.

They found exactly what I was looking for.

We had been to another Pandora store the day before and the item we wanted we were told was retired and they could not get it for us. We happened to be in this store in NYC the next day so we asked if they had it and the associate pulled out a box full of the item (ring). My daughter was so happy because it was her birthstone ring and this happened to be her birthday.

Friendly service and immediate attention. Problem was solved efficiently. The manager was very friendly and courteous
