The fact that my one of my order was cancelled before pick up and was email no phone call. This shouldn’t be. if items are not available the store shouldn’t cancel it before the customers get to the store and just ask if they are interested of a replacement .I had to find the original order in my email just to show them that I had order 3 items not 2. It would be a hassle for someone who is picking up for someone else especially if they don’t have access to a email of the person who order it. Please change policy.

My only concern with Pandora is that you have a Huge Catalog of charms, but most stores don't have the charms you want, so now you either have to order the charm online or wait for the charm to be delivered to the store, if the store allows it!

El trato del personal fue excelente y gracias a esto compramos otros articulos. El problema fue que compre una pulsera y me la lleve puesta, pero la cajera olvido empacar el estuche de la pulsera, y la compra la hice mientras estaba de viaje así que no pude reclamar el estuche y ningún otro pandora o su servicio al cliente me quiso reponer el estuche.
