There are times that I do shop at at the pandora, the waiting is a bit longer then expected. Also, it was hard to move around a bit because it is a bit crowded with other customers and some employee comes between the sale person and I.

I paid for my charms and left the store. I decided to review the receipt. I did not receive the appropriate discount. The sales manager, the person from whom I purchased the merchandise, resolved the issue.

When I walked in the store there was no one who asked me for help. When I asked one woman she seemed very disinterested in helping me. I had to wait for another woman who was helping someone else to help me. This woman was very kind and helped me a lot. The store did not have the bracelet I wanted originally but I ended up buying one that I liked even more!
