There is always room for improvement. For example, merchandise availability. Every day is someone's birthday. Birthday charms or anything dealing with birthday's should be available always.

I was shown a bicycle charm which was going on sale tomorrow. I asked whether I could buy it today, as I planned to make several purchases. I do not plan to return again soon. I was not able to purchase the bicycle charm.

I couldn’t find the charms that I was looking for and the associate was also unsure of where they were. After awhile she was able to find only 2 of the 4.

Wait was very long due to two other associates being on lunch at the same time. But when the associate return from lunch she did apologize and help me with pleasure.
