I bought 3 pendants in NY, since it was a gift for 2 different persons, I asked the lady to put them in two different boxes. 1 of them is missing (they never gave it to me)

No sales person even acknowledged my presence in the store until I went up to one and asked if I would be able to purchase a charm. I am used to being asked if I can be helped or something like that.

The 1st visit I made to Pandora the day before I was annoyed because I made a purchase and had to go back the next day for the earrings to be cleaned because the associate the 1st day said she cleaned them and when I got home I wiped them with a cloth and they were black. The associate that helped me the 2nd day was much more helpful and knowledgeable.

It is not that I am dissatisfied, although Pandora has a ton charm selections, there are some charms that you do not have, for instance you don't have a charm for aunts, or nationality flags.

I attempted to purchase several charms online on 12/6 at 8:40 AM. Within an hour I received an email that 4 were out of stock. I called twice to cancel the order so that I could just make the purchase in the store. I even spoke to a supervisor who refused to cancel the order, so I went to the store to purchase the items that were not available online, despite the "in stock" note on your website.

When ever on vacation I purchase the charm of that state and so I was not informed that not all stores carry the same state charms even if their in the same states. So when I went to another store, the same day, close to the one I had purchased I liked a another they had and they said they could not change it because they didn’t have the one I had purchased at the other store like three hours later. So I was very sad and un pleased.

I very satisfy. The associate assisting me with was very professional, kind & friendly. I felt I could of receive a better deal with the discount. Not that I will give up back hope on my next trip it will be much better.
