The sales person was knowledgeable about the products and was friendly and patient

Due to the current black Friday promotion, the wait time to be assisted was longer than expected

I was looking to choose a pair of earings for a gift. First, I felt that your associate wanted to finish as quickly as possible with me, she wasn't very helpful. When I chose a pair I saw that she had infront of her, a great variety of earings that she wasn't in the mood of showing them to me. I end up bending towards her draw to see them and still she wasn't willing to take them on her counter and make it easier for me to choose

I don't believe I checked that I was not highly satisfied. If I did that was a mistake. I was was very satisfied

They have great hostility. They were professional and knowledgeable in what I was looking for.

The sales associate was very matter of fact; she didn't seem as though she was eager to take my sale. My experience in other Pandora locations was vastly different than the environment at the WTC location. Additionally, the bracelet I purchased was larger than the requested size; I had to visit another location to exchange for the accurate size.

I left a bracelet for cleaning and the bracelet did not look much better after cleaning.

The place was very clean. They did not have one charm I hoped to get. But other than that the employees were nice.

Was visiting another state

This was my first time at the World Trade Center and in New York so I wanted to find a charm for my visit. The staff were helpful and pointing to where all the souvenir charms were. The were informative on prices also.
