The waiting time pluss they skipped me and when I complained the sales lady (yahaira) said to me that i have to wait I didnt even apologise to me. Very rude. Brandon was very nice and pleasant.

Long wait for an assistant. We were visiting from the UK & some specific items only available in the US were not available

I hate that I do not know how long to wait. While waiting for a purchase consultation, I was worried that another customer would not be able to keep the order.

Because I had to wait there for 30 mins. It’s ok if there is a crowd. But the speed of one associate was like I don’t care you are waiting, I will just take my time. I am not going get paid extra. Finally the other associate had finished helping other customer and my turn came. She was really good and very active.
