The waiting time pluss they skipped me and when I complained the sales lady (yahaira) said to me that i have to wait I didnt even apologise to me. Very rude. Brandon was very nice and pleasant.

We have to ask for help. Otherwise no on would come and show as the thing we are looking for.

Long wait for an assistant. We were visiting from the UK & some specific items only available in the US were not available

I hate that I do not know how long to wait. While waiting for a purchase consultation, I was worried that another customer would not be able to keep the order.

Nothing stood out in this visit to make me highly satisfied. I was satisfied with the customer service and overall experience.

Because I had to wait there for 30 mins. It’s ok if there is a crowd. But the speed of one associate was like I don’t care you are waiting, I will just take my time. I am not going get paid extra. Finally the other associate had finished helping other customer and my turn came. She was really good and very active.
