Shortage of staff. I knew exactly what I wanted but there was a shortage of staff. The sales representative that assisted me was very helpful but she had to keep interrupting my my service to answer the phone, this happened about 3 times. It was extremely annoying.

I am comparing the service I get from my home store in Northridge, CA to the service I recently received at the store at World Trade Center, NY. Service at WTC, NY was poor.

They did not have either of the 2 safety chains I wanted so I had to settle on something else.

There were no associates available. The manager was not very friendly. I felt rushed in my purchase.

I love the place and I everything else my wife’s loves pandora but I don’t want to recomend Pandora to our friends and family because my wife wants to be unique but we do love Pandora

My first time experience with pandora was great, it was an anniversary gift the girl that help me was great she help me with all my question and gave me the heads up and the do's and donts great time

2 sales assistants in the store, 1 was busy with a customer and the other seemed to be wandering around with a clipboard while we were waiting for assistance

I was very satisfied with Pandora. the sale person was very polite and very knowledgeable. the store was very clean and bright
