the pandora representative was not knowledgeable about the pandora credit card expense information regarding the amounts suggested to spend for a better experience and the required payments she had to go ask the manager i guess but she kept giving me the wrong information. t was a little confusing to her that happens to me everyday it just made me spectical of both now but i got it regardless.

Did not have several of the pieces I wanted in my ring size and then when I made purchase there were no ring boxes so I was given a bracelet box. Employee seemed irritated by my questions

Because I didn’t get attention right away and when I did at first the attendant wasn’t that interested. Also, they didn’t have one of the charms I asked for.

I wasn't aware that I needed to sign up for a list in order to receive assistance; I waited about 15 mins before becoming aware of this requirement and with 5 people ahead of me, it made my trip to this store almost an hour long even though I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase.

Store was not crowded. I expected better help in selecting a gift for my wife. I flagged down a sales associate but the item I wanted was not available. I found another item on my own and a second associate rang me up. World Trade Center is close to work but not my first choice. Times Square store is a better shopping experience.

I was supposed to get a free gift and I didn’t get it. I spent over the required amount and was not offered a gift.
