There were a few charms missing from the sets that I was interested in and I never actually got the one I wanted, I had to settle for another one.

I felt that my sales associate was not very interested in assisting me. She did not know, but this was my first time purchasing anything at Pandora and would have liked a little more information for the questions I asked. I also asked to see a few different items, and it seemed to inconvenience the sales associate to find them and show me.

I was highly satisfied with the staff but the set up the merchandise was over whelming. There were merchandise cases against the wall & middle of the room. I did not know where to start
