I don't live in area but staff not friendly. It seemed they drew straws o who would help us. I shop my store in Mall of Georgia in Buford Ga and very friendly & helpful staff.

Original sales associate did not know the products. Manager stepped in and I ultimately closed out with a different sales associate.

I was confused by the pick up process, there wasn’t any clear direction on where to wait or who would assist me. They were fairly busy so I get it. I would like to see a more organized pick up process. The associates were very nice though

I went in to replace the ball of a bangle. I couldn’t replace it because Pandora doesn’t do that and understood the reason why I needed to purchase a new one . Okay no problem Now I buy a brand new bangle and the ball literally fell off the next day and lost it outside in the street . Not sure if this is a common problem or it wasn’t clipped on right but this unbelievable and now it’s either I have to choose another bracelet? Like that’s insane at this point I just want my money back

Had to wait in a line to get into store only to be ignored once in the store and then they let other people in without waiting in line and assisted these customers first. The associate that helped me gave me incorrect information about the charm I wanted and charged me extra for an engraved charm that didn’t even have the capability of engraving the image I wanted. I was passed off to multiple associates and they all seemed disinterested in helping me. I’ve purchased from other locations in many other cities with such great service but this location was awful and left me feeling annoyed by the end of it. My husband was even upset for me because he wanted me to have something nice to remember this travel experience. Please do better. Also the engraving is really cheap looking and I won’t ever do it again. Really disappointing.

I went into pandora to buy my sister charms for her birthday. The sales associate Carolima insisted in me buying sets and other things i didn’t ask her for. She didn’t care what i wanted it was what seemed benefits her. They look at you from head to toe instead of feeling welcomed they made me feel uncomfortable

Online, it says that this store has the bracelet I wanted to exchange instock, but when I went the SA all said it was out of stock BEFORE the promotion even started. How does that make sense, when I saw they had it in stock a week ago.
