Your check out system wasn’t working . Pandora double charge me. It delayed my shopping time because I miss took me an hour to get this sorted out. ( after all its Black Friday)

The sales associate we dealt was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked her for assistance she responded "whats up"! When she was asked to attach the charm to the bracelet she responded "come here"! I would not want other customers exposed to this type of unprofessionalism. More training seems to be required...

Asked sales person, about a charm on the wall. And she told me it was not for sale. But on line you do sell it. So you loss a sale that day. But I did buy a ring, before that happened.

Even though I was waiting to be served the team member didnt bother asking ke anything and started serving someone who came after me. I kept waiting and had to ask someone myself

The wait was a bit to long. Not having change for cash had to wait for clerk to get change from another store.
